City tu buht door ki baat aap aik single building nahin bana saktay jab tak wahan IT Infrastructure na banay ga, Electricity sasti nahin hogi and without interruption 24 x7x365 available hogi, Internet 24x7x365 without interruption milay ga . Yeh sab kuch hoga tab hi koi kaam shuru hoga. Yahan tu kuch bana hua hi nahin tau kaam kesay hona hai ? Aik HEC nahin sambhali ja rahi last 20 years say uska hi bera gharak kardia hua hai. Afsos hai buht Afsos hai. 2008-09 mein Dr Atta ur Rehman ko farigh na kiya jata tau aaj Pakistan bhi shyd India kay Qareeb hota education mein laikin ab koi 30-40 years peechay reh gya Pakistan.
